Tesco announced on Monday (24/7) that the service will be rolled out across the country as it looks to compete with rivals.
Tesco’s same-day delivery service is currently only available in London and the south east, but the extension will see it become available to “over 99% of UK households”, the Reading Chronicle reports.
The supermarket has claimed that this gives it the “biggest reach of any retailer in the UK” as the scope of the service will soon stretch all the way from the Shetland Islands in Scotland to here in Cornwall. Read full original article…
