Sunbathers’ brutally honest reviews of Kent’s ‘top nudist beaches’
Nudist bathers are actually quite happy to discuss their experiences in great detail

There are a small number of nudist beaches scattered across Kent that you can enjoy while stripped off.

But what are these places really like?

Well, the website, walkingclub.org, lists dozens of nudist beaches across the country including five in our county.

And as well as providing information on the local facilities – and the area’s friendliness towards nudists – the site allows users to leave their own comments and reviews detailing their experiences on the beach.

And while some of the beaches are well established (and some of them are just for those in the know) there are often a number of local rules and regulations in place, which bathers are happy to discuss in detail.

A man who completed Kent’s 5k naked run bares all about his experience
He even went for a swim and had some food at the Naturist Foundation

More than 130 people attempted a 5km run in Kent last weekend. There was one catch though. None of them had any clothes on.

Pete Redwood-Smith, 23, owner of Barney’s Pet Supplies, was one of those people and travelled all the way from Essex to compete on Sunday (May 13).

He chose to take part in the event at The Naturist Foundation in Orpington as part of his challenge to complete 52 runs in a year to raise money for charity.

Pete explained how this particular run took a lot more courage than any other run he had previously signed up for.

Runners get ready to bare all for naturist 5k in Orpington

LOCAL runners can take part in a nude run next month.
The 5K Naked Run is organised by The Naturist Foundation, based in Sheepcote Lane, Orpington.

A registered charity established in 1976, the Foundation boasts “the largest and best equipped facilities for naturism in Britain”, including a sauna, 18m heated swimming pool and 50 acres of woodland.

The 5K Naked Run is organised by the Orpington-based Naturist Foundation

Its Brocken Hurst setting in Orpington is described as a “tranquil woodland retreat” where guests can “meet friends and relax with the family”. Read full original article…
