Size Matters – How many Councillors does it take to run Cornwall?

The committee looking into how many councillors are needed to run Cornwall met once again this morning (11/7/2017) and decided to defy the Boundary Commission once more and recommend that Cornwall should have 99 councillors. In fact the majority of the room would have like to have recommended more, to even stay at 123, but pragmatism meant they had to settle for the compromise.

Would a council size of 87 enable the Council to represent the interests of all Cornwall’s communities?
