I have written about my accepting the “new me” in a previous post and it’s something I thought I needed to delve into more deeply in hopes of helping anyone who may be dealing with cancer. For naturists, this can be especially difficult when we have nothing to hide.
Cancer can change the way you look, temporarily or permanently. Some people gain or lose weight as is the case with me. Chemotherapy can sometimes make your hair fall out and in my case I had radiation but my hair loss was a family trait. You may have had surgery to remove a part of your body, and you may have scars. The scar on my leg that was used to replace my leg is extensive and my neck scar is something I have tried to hide with my beard to make it less noticeable. Continued…Read full original article…
