Nudist Teena Gould is hoping to boost interest in her three-bedroom Georgian pad by including her chalet at Inchmurrin Island, Loch Lomond, a well known Nudist retreat as part of the sale.
As incentives go, some house-hunters might prefer to give this one the bum’s rush.
But nudist Teena Gould hopes to boost interest in her house sale by offering a chalet on Scotland’s only naturist colony as part of the deal.
The 73-year old is selling a wooden hut on Inchmurrin in Loch Lomond along with her three-bedroom Georgian home.
The asking price is in excess of £325,000, with potential buyers encouraged to take over the remote bolthole she bought after joining the Scottish Outdoor Club.
Gran Teena, who is moving to Wales, said: “It’s an unusual way to sell a house. My home is lovely and I’m sure there will be plenty of interest. But when I move, I won’t be able to remain a member of the Scottish Outdoor Club so thought I’d kill two birds with one stone.
