People in Tonbridge can no longer sunbathe naked in their garden
The new rules have been described as ‘unreasonable’
New powers have been brought in to stop people in Tonbridge sunbathing naked in their garden.
Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council (TMBC) has issued Community Protection Notices (CPN) to put in place “unreasonable” bans on being naked in your own home or garden.
CPNs give local authorities power to issue written notices banning individuals from doing things which could have a “detrimental effect” on the quality of life of their neighbours.
