I Stripped Completely Naked And Got Into Bed To Sleep. This Is How I Felt When I Woke Up

Every night, I do the exact same thing: I brush my teeth, quickly wash my face, throw on an oversized T-shirt and my boyfriend’s boxers, say goodnight to my puppy and boyfriend, and get into bed.

I didn’t think twice about my nighttime routine until I read this article on LittleThings about why you should change your pajamas every day. Though it had never crossed my mind, I definitely needed to take a look at how often I changed my jammies.

  1. It is so relaxing sleeping naked. I had shed my night clothes years ago and gave up being bound by the restrictive clothing. Even in the winter time I sleep naked. I don’t think I”ll ever go back to wearing clothes to bed.
