Cyclists bare all in naked bike ride through Newcastle to highlight vulnerable riders on roads
Legions of cyclists bared all as they rode through Newcastle for the city’s annual world naked bike ride.
Around 60 people, dozens of whom were completely nude, took part in the four-mile ride around the city.
Some participants decorated their bodies in paint and wore wigs, while other carried banners which read “notice us when we’re NOT naked”.
The protests are held across Britain and aim to highlight the vulnerability of cyclists in built-up areas.
